RULE MODIFICATIONS FOR EVENT
Due to this event being hosted within a separate event, MEDSIM and EPW rules have been adjusted so that militia participants do not perceive dishonesty or cheating on behalf of Blackline participants.

- Militia participants did not sign up for a realistic experience
- Militia participants are not familiar with consent rules
- Do not restrain, transport, physically abuse any militia participants.
- Searches are ok WITH THEIR VERBAL CONSENT
- COMPLY with Militia search requests

- Eyepro (ANSI Z87.1 required, full seal recommended)
- Whistle
- Flashlight
- Compass
- Notepad w/ pen or pencil
- Radio and/or cellphone with Zello
- Watch
- **If you don't have them, you don't participate**
- **Cell phone does not replace any item on this list**

- Eye pro on at all times
- Keep all equipment packed unless you're using it

- Right or rear of helmet
- Right shoulder
- Front of chest rig
- ** IF no velcro is available in these locations, blue tape will be used
